Error that indicates the webpage you are trying to reach cannot be found

You can add any section that is listed in Theme sections. Nevertheless, there is a section that designed specifically for the 404 page.
Steps
In the theme editor (Customize), open the template selector
Select Other, then 404 page.
On the left-sidebar, select 404.
Make necessary changes > Save.
Change the background and the text color.
