Merchants can add any section that is listed in Theme sections. Nevertheless, there is a section designed specifically for the blog page.
Steps
In the theme editor (Customize), open the template selector
Select Blogs, then Default blog.
On the left sidebar, select Blog pages.
Adjust container type: Default, full-width, or container box.
Enable/disable the sidebar and specify its position.
Modify layout and set the number of posts to display per page and per row.
